Managed the Northern Utah / Southern Idaho region overseeing all operations and construction including Centurylink, Verizion, at&t, Syringa, and Rocky Mountain Power. Successfully completed over $6.8 million in construction annually and increased gross margin by 28%. Managed operations for the southern half of Colorado serving our customer Comcast. Met all goals and expectations, receiving an A rating on our last review. Attended all meetings with our customer, and completed over $4.5 million in construction annually. Produced forecasts with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding all goals for profitability, revenue, and shrinkage. Successfully lead 50 employees and 10 subcontract companies, building and maintaining Comcast infrastructure from Monument to Trinidad, Colorado. Built a strong relationship between all Southern Colorado municipalities and facility owners, making TCS one of the premier contractors. Non Commissioned Officer In Charge /Avionics Chief

MALS 26 Al Taquaddum, Iraq

 

Non Commissioned Officer in charge of overseeing all Repair and Calibration of all Navigational, Weapons Test Systems, Aviation Test Systems, and related tools in Al Taquaddum, Iraq.  Held readiness standing at a 97% in a combat zone allowing 100% of combat missions to occur. Supported 4 squadrons utilizing both pilot operated and unmanned aircraft for combat, casevac, and intelligence missions.

While in Iraq I was awarded the Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal for solving a Test Equipment issue that had previously caused problems for years.  I was also given a Letter of Appreciation by Sikorsky Aircraft in recognition of the installation of a Compass Rose, the first in Iraq allowing onsite calibration of aircraft navigational systems.

Managed a calibration lab as Work Center Supervisor in peacetime, decreasing workload 633% from 550 pieces of test equipment to 75 maintaining a 90% mission readiness rate.  Supported 6 flying squadrons maintaining over 90 rotary wing aircraft.

As a District Safety Manager, I oversaw seven Home Depot Stores and investigated all W/C and G/L claims in the Los Angeles area.  Scheduled and coordinated all safety related training, and performed all Operational Safety Audits and Corporate Regulatory Compliance Walks.  Studied P&L Reports for claims management.  Created and implemented new safety/merchandising policies and procedures.
